HELP WITH THE SACRED WATERS GARDENS
That time of year again...we are looking for help with the gardens around the house. Watering, weeding, deadheading, etc. are all important tasks that keep the place looking beautiful. You can choose to manage a single garden, join with a friend and do it together or offer to help the gardening crew. Small easy to manage garden areas are available or challenge yourself and take on one of the bigger ones. Every little bit helps. So many of you enjoy the benefits of having a place like Sacred Waters; now you have an opportunity to give back a little. If gardening isn't your "thing" how about offering to sweep the front porch once a week? Any time you can offer is helpful for any job. If you are interested, please contact [email protected]"
Thank you.

But since it's often much easier to interpret someone else's dream than your own, we'll share our dreams in a supportive environment to benefit from each others' intuitive insights.
If you have any recent dreams to share, please type each one up and give it a title. Then bring your written dreams for the group to work on. Love Donation

SOUND CIRCLE WITH KATHY KEASEY
On the first Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m.
The purpose of the Sound Circle group is to provide a gathering place where people can vocally express themselves in a non-judgmental, uninhibited way. Toning is the production of long, sustained pitches using vowel sounds and select words. Healing harmonics and overtones are created by the blending of vocal timbres and the volume of the sound created by the participants. Toning circles are going strong around the country and the world. Toning is ages old. Sound has been used in the past and is being used more and more as a vehicle for healing and general well-being. The power of toning backed by positive intention is beneficial not only to the participants but has far-reaching impact.
There is no religious affiliation and even though it may be termed a spiritual pursuit, it is by no means a solemn event. There can be some tremendously exuberant energy created. Each toning session is different according to the persons involved. You do not need to be a "singer." Everybody can benefit by letting the breath move through the vocal cords and listening to his/her own, unique sound. Even if you think you are tone deaf, you can feel safe to try toning in a circle of sound, adding to the group sound as you feel more and more comfortable. It's not about who can tone the loudest or longest. It's about being in the present moment with the healing power of sound.
Kathy Keasey has decades of experience with choirs, vocal coaching and accompanying. Her interest in the healing vibration of sound led her to create the first area Sound Circle while she was Music Director at Unity Church of Peace. Kathy has a Bachelor of Music from Oberlin College, Master of Music from the University of Illinois, and a degree from IUSB as a licensed public school music teacher. She taught high school choirs in the area for 6 years and most recently accompanied the South Bend Chamber Singers, and directed their ad hoc Children's Choir. She is semi-retired, continuing her love of teaching piano and vocal coaching. Love Donation.

READING THE GOSPEL OF SRI RAMAKRISHNA
On the 4th Tuesday 7 - 8:30 p.m.
Andrew Harvey once said that if he could take only one book to a deserted island "The Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna" would be his choice. The book is written in dialogue form detailing the conversations Ramakrishna had with people that came to see him. It records his moods, his songs, his humor and gives one a sense of what it would be like to be in the presence of a Divine Incarnation. Using wonderful analogies, Ramakrishna discusses some of the most profound spiritual topics and his own spiritual experiences. We will stop often for discussion and sharing. I will have extra copies for everyone.

We will begin the hour with 20 minutes of silent meditation. We will then do a 5 minute silent walking meditation followed by another 20 minutes of silence.
